The Neighborhood Clean-Up Assistance Program through the City of Long Beach Development Services Department provides materials and supplies to community and volunteer groups to clean up their neighborhoods! This program offers an array of different supplies, for example paint, brooms and shovels, and an industrial-sized dumpster can even be arranged for use on the day of the clean-up.
