Congratulations and welcome to Councilmember-Elect Daryl Supernaw who is the newest member of the Long Beach City Council. He won an April 14 special election to represent the 4th Council District, replacing now Assemblymember Patrick O’Donnell, AD 70, and will be sworn-in on Tuesday, May 5 at the start of the City Council meeting. I look forward to working with Daryl as we strive as a Council to make Long Beach an even better place.
